What is the next step after you choose eZee’s technology for your property?

Once you decide to go with eZee as your hotel’s solution provider; you will then be introduced to our onboarding process. During this process, we’ll effortlessly guide you on the software. This process is specially made to help you get familiar with our products and make the most out of them.

Data collection

  • Once all the sign up and formalities are done, we’ll provide you with a DATA GATHERING FORM.
  • We ask for minimal and only the mandatory information to configure your account (viz. room types, rates, taxes).
  • Simultaneously, we’ll create your property’s account with us.

Data configuration

  • A dedicated account manager is assigned to you; who is your first point of contact for all things going forward.
  • Your account manager analyzes the details you provide in the data gathering sheet and configures them into your account.
  • We’ll also import your existing future bookings in the system.

Third-party hardware and software integration

  • Your account manager will take care of the third-party integrations (existing integrations) purchased with eZee solutions.
  • This integration will completely depend on how actively the third party responds to us. This may vary from 2 to 30 days.
  • Check out our integration marketplace if you want to purchase any integration.

Quality analysis of account

  • Our industry experts perform the quality check of your created and configured account.
  • If all seems good, the account is handed over to you.

Software Training

  • Your account manager will guide you through each module of the software and explain to you how to use them.
  • Once you are confident to use the software on your own, your account manager asks you to perform operations in real-time.

    The onboarding with eZee system is absolutely free of cost.

  • How long does it take in the onboarding process?

    It will take a maximum of 3-5 days for your property to be live with eZee solutions.

  • Is there any limit to the number of trainings I can take?

    No, there’s no limit. You can take as many training sessions as you need to be comfortable with the system.

  • Can I choose the third-party integrations after I am all set with the eZee products?

    Yes of course. You can purchase a third-party integration with eZee solutions anytime you want.

  • What if I want an integration which is not available in your list?

    You can certainly do that. Your account manager will assist you with this. There will be a feasibility check of the integration you require, and if everything fits well, we will get the integration developed.

  • Do you provide on-site training and onboarding?

    Yes, we do provide on-site training, onboarding as well as support on request. Please contact our support team to know the details.
